Deep Dive

Type: facilitated discussion

Duration: 3 hours

Description: The workshop puts the participants into sharing and solving work-related issues on a chosen topic (e.g. leadership, team development, and people management). Team decision-making

Type: workshop

Duration: 3 hours

Description: The workshop focuses the team on a fundamental team agreement – how to make decisions and resolve disagreements. It explores how different team members see decision-making and aligns people on an approach to making decisions. As a result of the workshop, the team will have a clear decision-making process that everyone commits to following, which will lead to being highly effective in delivering results and resolving team disagreements.

Conflict Resolution

Type: simulation
