Treatment

Initial 30-minute online meeting between the Team Leader and us. The outcome from the meeting is to understand clearly the goal and the context, which makes the team assessment needed.

The assessment is performed using two 3-hour training sessions. The first is the simulation game The Empty Chair, focused on team dynamics. The second is the workshop Deep Dive, which unveils the top 3 team problems.

A follow-up 30-minute online session with the Team Leader and us. We present the team assessment, which is an output from the two training sessions and is based on our TReE Team Model. Additionally, we share recommendations for the team’s further development.

The team coaching is performed using six 3-hour sessions. The first two are foundational – the simulation game The Empty Chair, focused on team dynamics, and the workshop Deep Dive, which unveils the top 3 team problems. The next 4 sessions are based on the goal and the dysfunctions defined from the Initial meeting and the first two sessions.
The coaching process includes continuous monitoring and consulting of the team, and completes with the team working on an action plan and getting feedback from us.

A follow-up 30-minute online session with the Team Leader and us. We give feedback on how the team performed and what were the challenges they overcame. We share recommendations for the team’s further development.

We develop an action plan for our work with the team to reach the desired result. The plan is tailored to the team needs.

The team does three 3-hour sessions with us, focusing on solving the team problem or achieving the short-term goal. During these sessions, people will also train the soft skills to handle such situations.
