Giving feedback is not about dumping something negative to other people!
Feedback is about sharing our experience and giving guidance.
In order to be both direct and empathetic:
1️⃣ Change your mindset and look at the feedback process as a knowledge-sharing process.
2️⃣ Share examples from the past (which resonate with the other person).
3️⃣ Share what has worked and what has not (the guidance or solutions).
