Petya Deleva is the co-founder of Soft Skills Pills. She has over 25 years of experience in human resources and people development, with a strong focus on working with teams and professionals in the IT sector. Throughout her career, she has specialized in recruitment, talent development, training delivery, and supporting organizations in building more effective teams.
Today, Petya helps engineers, leaders, and managers build trust within their teams, foster psychologically safe workplaces, and confidently navigate change and uncertainty. Together, Petya and Hari have trained over 4,000 professionals across the tech industry.
Ilian Ilkov uniquely blends an entrepreneurial mindset with professional acting experience. He is the founder of two businesses, including the online baby products store Baby.bg, which he built up and later successfully sold.
With over 20 years of experience, in recent years he has been leveraging his background in business, acting, and improvisational theater to help more than 2,000 professionals and teams master their skills in negotiation, sales, and persuasive communication.
Vasilena Gosheva combines experience in human resources and marketing. She has over 10 years of professional background — first as an HR specialist in an IT company, and later as the marketing expert at Soft Skills Pills, where she actively works on the effective communication of ideas and messages.
She is also the host of the podcast for IT professionals “Radiotochka 2”, where she chats with experts from the tech world.
Additionally, Vasi is involved in improvisational theater, where she practices and refines key skills such as active listening, confidence, and impactful public speaking.
Hari Haralambiev is the co-founder of Soft Skills Pills. He has over 20 years of experience, starting his career in a technology company where he began as a software engineer and progressed through various leadership roles, including an executive position.
In recent years, he has focused on developing the communication and leadership skills of IT professionals and building strong teams. Together with Petya, they have trained more than 400 teams across the IT industry.
