People are so WRONG when they say listening is easy and all you have to do is shut up.
Yeah, if you are trying to listen it’s better that you speak less.
But this is not enough.
People will feel better if you actively engage in the conversation.
When you show you are listening, don’t make it about yourself and bounce back feedback and suggestions, people will feel more energized and heard.
