If you want to win a conflict:
❌ Don’t be quick to reject requests.
❌ Don’t rush into sharing your different position.
❌ Don’t point out the flaws of their ideas.
Of course, you can do those…
But we’d suggest you first try to:
✅ Ask questions to understand.
✅ Find out what’s the implication of the problem.
✅ Dig deeper to see the other person’s needs.
To sum up: start with curiosity, and delay your position.
